Annette is passionate about her business and is the consummate real estate professional. She has been a licensed broker since February 2002, serving clients in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both the residential and investment property markets. Annette’s has a legal background with extensive training in contracts and real estate law. Savvy negotiation skills and cutting-edge marketing strategies join uncompromised integrity as hallmarks of Annette’s service to her clients.
Annette served as a member of the Education Committee of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. She also founded a real estate agent pre-licensing satellite school and has provided supplemental instruction for the courses, teaching Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and Legal Aspects of Real Estate.
After receiving a Juris Doctor in 1996, Annette returned to school in 2010 to complete a Master in Practical Theology. She is fluent in English and Spanish
