I absolutely LOVE buying and selling homes. In fact, if it didn’t involve moving, I would buy a different home every few months. So, I turned my love and passion into a career. The sound of a squeal from a customer when told the seller accepted their offer is as sweet today as it was the very first time. The smiles, and yes sometimes happy tears, on closing day melts my heart every time.

I am a lifetime resident of Jacksonville (with the exception of six years when my husband and I moved away for his job). I have two daughters and four grandsons that are my heart and I can never get enough of their sweet sugar. I have been blessed with two additional daughters and three grandsons that I love dearly that came as a bonus to the package when I married the man of my dreams. We do have one child in common, our furbaby Boston Terrier (who my husband lovingly refers to as the Boston Terriorist), his name is Charlee (and he may or may not live up to his nickname at times). 
I love to travel, cook, garden, read and entertain. The larger the gathering, the happier I am. My husband and I love college football, although we are a house divided. He’s a much better sport than I am when our teams play one another, probably because his team usually wins.
